MASTERS PROGRAM
The Masters program is open to experienced rowers over the age of 21 who are looking to train at a higher level and focus on competition. Whether you are an experienced competitive rower or returning to the sport with a goal of racing, the Masters Program offers a structured, supportive environment focused on developing permormance and preparing for competition.
Our experienced coaches bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the program, with an emphasis on technical development, fitness and competitive race preparation. Athletes have opportunities to train and race at local, regional and out-of-town regattas throughout the season.
Practice Times
Saturday Masters
- Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00–8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00–10:00 AM
Sunday Masters
- Monday & Wednesday: 6:00–8:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00–10:00 AM
Many athletes also choose to add additional training sessions, both on the water and through dry-land training, to support their individual goals.
