Your learning journey continues! In level 2 you'll discover sculling: rowing using two oars with three other crew members in a quad shell, with your instructor in the coach boat beside you!

Following successful completion of Level 2, participants are eligible to be considered for Rowing Section membership and can join the our Recreational Program and/or wait to join our Novice Program. Our Novice Program intake occurs annually in October. We hold an information meeting in mid-September each year for interested participants.

This course is four weeks in length, twice per week on set day-pairs (Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, and Saturday/Sunday),  for eight classes total. All classes are 1.5 hours of instruction. The session is capped off with our famous Learn to Row Regetta, where we gather all crews who have learned with us during the month for more fun on the water, then a BBQ with some social deck time together.
